stephens and -- stevens and others? to put that failure in context, after the first 9/11, the bush administration organized the full scale of invasion of afghanistan in just over three weeks. it's taken obama three weeks to send fbi agents to benghazi. so we're sending a signal of weakness and paralysis, and as we learned on september 11th 2001 and 2012, weakness is provocative. megyn: julie, pat smith's grief is real, but i don't want to make this all about her n. the same way brian terry's family grieves for him in the fast and furious operation, but that story's not entirely about him. it's about our government and its decisions and its honesty and transparency with the american people. and, you know, having witnessed those hearings yesterday, do you think that there are legitimate questions still out there about whether there was adequate security, whether they responded to the demands being made for more security on the ground at our consulate in benghazi and whether this administration has been transparent and open and truthful with us in the days since september 11th, 2012?

go back over to the embassy that perhaps they could have gotten ambassador stevens out alive. i'm not happy to say that, but i'm very dissatisfied with what happened in washington, the top leadership of this country. our military and our agents and our people out there deserve better. megyn: captain nash, you have to look at this in the greater context. these guys in libya, they knew they didn't have adequate security and they were requesting more from washington. they were requesting just to keep what they had and they were told no. the security was being reduced steadily. the british ambassador had an attempt made on his life. the brits shut down that their consulate. the red cross pulled out of libya. our ambassador in his diary was documenting his fears, he believed he was upon an al qaeda hit list. while the navy seals are begging for permission to save him, the permission was denied. how does that happen? >> that scenario i just laid out, megyn, just screams malfeasance. we spend a tremendous amount of money on our intelligence community and military. we have all the tools,

the coverup continues. like the claim that four americans including ambassador chris stevens were bruteally murdered because of a spontaneous protest to have a video trailer the obama administration and hillary clinton in particular continue the coverup. the white house pattern of deception became more apparent when the administration admitted that u.s. intelligence knew within 24 hours benghazi was a terrorist attack and suspected al-qaeda was behind it. >> if you want to be president you owe the american people the truth. >> judge jeanine: why did you guys jump out and blame it on a video? why did you say it wasn't about the administration about morn american policy or about americans? why did you take out an ad and apologize to the muslim world? now, that more facts are coming out they want us to take more time before we draw any conclusions. >> it will take time before we have a complete understanding of what actually did happen. >> judge jeanine: why didn't you take time for a complete picture to emerge? hello and welcome to "justice" i'm judge. judge jeanine pirro. it gets e
